Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the hiring page, the Application Status page and any related pages of Nuowei Aisen International (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Haikou Nuowei Aisen International Trade Co. Ltd. By using this website or submitting an application you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Who may apply
This website is for adults aged 18 or over who want to apply for work with us. You must have the legal right to work in the area you apply for and must be able to enter into an agreement.
Your application and accuracy of information
- You must give true, complete and up-to-date information, and only your own details. Your photo must be a clear, recent photo of your own face.
- You must not use another person’s CNIC, photo, phone number, bank account or other details, or submit false or duplicate applications.
- Please check your bank details carefully. We are not responsible for payment problems caused by wrong details you provide.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a job or any payment. We may accept, reject or hold any application at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.
Application status
The Application Status page is for applicants to check their own application. You may search only for your own application using your own CNIC number or application ID. Do not try to look up other people’s applications.
Employee verification
If you are engaged by us, your photo, name, position and Employee ID may be shown on the Employee Verification page of our main website so that others can confirm your identity and employment, as described in our Privacy Policy. Being engaged by us does not make you a partner or a legal representative of the company beyond the role and authority we give you in writing. Anyone who is no longer working with us must not present themselves as our employee.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content;
- upload files that contain viruses or harmful code, or images you do not have the right to use;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to bypass our security check or attempt limits;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our Google Sheets or Drive storage, or other people’s information;
- copy, scrape or misuse information from the website, or disrupt its normal operation; or
- use the website for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access, delete submissions or cancel applications that break these rules, and we may report serious misuse to the authorities.
Intellectual property
The name Nuowei Aisen International, our logo, text, design and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to view the website and complete your application.
Privacy and data security
How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We keep our database under strong security measures and we do not sell your information. However, no website in the world is completely safe, and there is always a small chance of hacking or data leakage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or leakage of information caused by hacking, cyber-attacks or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Website availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be free of errors, interruptions or delays. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website, including the hiring form, at any time without notice. Jobs and requirements may change or close at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income or opportunity, or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from information you choose to submit. Third-party services
The website uses services such as Cloudflare, Google (Sheets, Drive and Apps Script) and WhatsApp. These services follow their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless local law where you live requires otherwise. Please contact us first to try to resolve any concern informally.
